“The term for the provision of travel services is extended until January 10, 2021. Now, not only hotels and tour operators, but also travel aggregators will be able to participate in the program. The start and end dates of sales of travel services with cashback will later be announced by the Federal Tourism Agency,” the government said.

The minimum duration of a tour or hotel stay under the new conditions of the program has been reduced from four to two nights, the minimum cost of a voucher is no longer limited (previously – 25,000 rubles). The maximum refund will be 20% of the tour cost, but no more than 20,000 rubles (previously 15,000 rubles).

“The prerequisite for the program – payment with a Mir card – remains the same. Cashback will be automatically credited to it within five days from the date of payment for the trip,” the document said.
